We want you to love your purchase from The Crafts Boutique. As all our products are handcrafted, please review the following:

• Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Change of mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on handmade/personalized items.
• Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
